Whether you’re hiring or joining our talent pool, we keep the process fast, transparent, and focused on fit. Below you’ll find a simple step-by-step guide for both companies and team members so you know exactly what to expect.

Companies

We partner with companies to find dependable talent quickly. Our process is efficient and built around real interviews and real outcomes.

Discovery Call

We jump on a call with you to go over your specific staffing needs.

Speed Interview Round

Based on your needs we setup a “Speed Dating” style round of interviews in 15 minute blocks.

Follow-up Interviews (if needed)

Should you wish to move forward with any of the candidates, great! You can either get started right away or schedule a longer follow up interview. If not we will refine our candidate search strategy until we get you the perfect fit.

Selection & Agreement

Once you’re set on the candidate(s) you like we just need a signed Client Services Agreement and payment information on file and then you are good to go!

Onboarding & Integration

Moving forward your new team member will integrate seamlessly into your business processes and there will be no hidden or undisclosed fees.

Joining IntuiSource starts simple: tell us who you are, we learn your strengths, and we connect you with opportunities that fit.

Quick Intro Package

To kick things off with IntuiSource we’ll ask you for a quick write up about yourself, your resume, and an audio clip telling us a bit about who you are.

“Get to Know You” Interview

The next step would be a “Get To Know You” interview where we sit down with you, go over possible opportunities we have, and outline what being a part of the IntuiSource team entails.

Company Interviews

Once opportunities come up that you would be a good fit for we will connect you directly with the companies we work with for second and third round interviews.

Offer & Onboarding

Once we find you a perfect fit you’re all set! We’ll send you over a written contract and you’ll be all set for your first day.
